Body Bootcamp is an hour long workout that combines the elements of two other Jones Center classes, Body Blast and Simply Strength.
The hour-long class mixes high-intensity cardio that will help you burn calories and boost your metabolism with strength training that will help you tone your whole body.
The aim is to keep you moving and getting fit while building strength and muscle endurance.
Every class is new and different, designed to keep you guessing and keep your body moving.
The class is designed to push you further than you would push yourself and is better suited for more advanced participants, but instructors will provide encouragement to help you get through.
