Guest Services Representative I

The Jones Center is seeking enthusiastic bright smiling faces for a Guest Services Representative. In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression of the Jones Center and making guests feel welcome in our facility. You will be working with the public in person and on the phone. You must be able to adapt to guests needs and requests and think creatively to address their concerns. Must have multi-line phone system experience, Word and Excel computer skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish or Marshallese) language skills are a plus. Friendly outgoing personality a must. This position is part time. Benefits include 403b retirement program, full access membership to our facility, flexible schedule including some evening and weekend hours and a dynamic team environment. LIFEGUARD

We work to provide all of these benefits for all of our employees! Our lifeguards have the opportunity to work year-round in an indoor facility. In this position you will be responsible for creating a positive impression of the Jones Center and making guests feel welcome in our facility and responding to their needs in a friendly and helpful manner. We have Flexible Hours, Morning and Evening Shifts and Advanced Certification Opportunities. Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification or the equivalent and CPR for the Professional Rescuer required.  Lifeguard Certification and training provided to the right individuals possible when classes are scheduled.

Fitness Center Staff

Would you love to make a difference in the lives of others through fitness? If so, we may have the perfect position for you. Our state of the art fitness center is looking for enthusiastic fitness center staff. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons using the fitness center. Staff must be attentive to the needs of users, monitors the condition of equipment and controls the use of equipment by patrons. Work hours are Monday - Friday from 5:30am - 10:00am. Verifiable experience in a fitness center with experience in weight training and exercise programs preferred. Currently enrolled in exercise science, kinesiology or related field from an approved university is a plus.
