Guest Services Representative I 

The Jones Center is looking for energetic, bright smiling faces to join our Guest Services Department.  In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression of the Jones Center and making guests feel welcome in our facility. You will be working with the public in person and on the phone. You must be able to adapt to guests needs and requests and think creatively to address their concerns. Must have multi-line phone system experience, Word and Excel computer skills required. Bilingual (English/Spanish or Marshallese) language skills are preferred but not required. Customer Service experience a plus. This position is part time. Benefits include 403b retirement program, full access membership to our facility, flexible schedule including some evening and weekend hours and a dynamic team environment. Part Time Housekeeping Staff

Housekeeping staff members are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, handling cleaning supplies, operating equipment, and creating a safe environment for patrons and staff. You must be able to adapt to the changing needs of the facility, in order to maintain cleanliness. Part Time Housekeeper

Housekeeping staff members are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, handling cleaning supplies, operating equipment, and creating a safe environment for patrons and staff. You must be able to adapt to the changing needs of the facility in order to maintain cleanliness. Benefits of this position include part time flexible hours,(current schedule is 9am – 2:30 pm M-F)  403b Retirement program and being a member of a dynamic team in pleasant work environment. Current schedule available is afternoon to evening, Monday-Friday and some possible weekend hours

LIFEGUARD

In this position you will be responsible for creating a positive impression of the Jones Center and making guests feel welcome in our facility and responding to their needs in a friendly and helpful manner. We have Flexible Hours, Morning and Evening Shifts and Advanced Certification Opportunities. Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification or the equivalent and CPR for the Professional Rescuer required.  Lifeguard Certification and training provided to the right individuals possible when classes are scheduled.
