Session Description: We’re changing things up with this session! We’re excited to announce that our next session of cooking classes will revolve around international cuisine! On top of the menu change, we will be launching our ADULT cooking class for ages 18 & up! Below is a rundown on what will be covered in this session.
KID’S Courses: Ages 9 & up; Japanese Sushi & Nori Handrolls; English Breads & Salads; Mediterranean Fish, Grilled on a Himalayan Salt Rock; Polynesian Poke w/ a modern twist; Italian “from the hill” handmade ravioli & Sauce
Adult Courses: 18 & up; Turkish kofte, kabobs, & spiced drinks; Bangkok street food; North african harissa fish, grilled on a himalyan salt rock; polynesian poke with a modern twist; Italian “from the hill” handmade ravioli & sauce; French sherry chicken roulade & wine poached pear with creme anglaise.
