6-Week triathlon Challenge
The 6-Week Triathlon Challenge gives participants 6 weeks to log the following mileage, 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run. These 6 weeks are meant to assist participants in training for the Jones Center Indoor Triathlon. Upon completion of the mileage, participants will receive their 6 week Challenge T shirt.
During the 6 week training program, participants will be able to access optional instructional classes to help improve their performance including a swim clinic, a bike/run clinic, a nutritional seminar on fueling for endurance workouts, a targeted yoga clinic for joint health, and a foam rolling tutorial session to combat muscle soreness.
When: January 27, 2018- March 9, 2018
Where: Mileage can be logged at The Jones Center's pool, fitness center, fitness classes, or outside The Jones Center
Ages: 15 and older
Race Entry: All triathlon challenge entries include entry into the Jones Center Indoor Triathlon

Running/Bike Clinic: Wed. January 31st @ 5:30-6PM in fitness center
Nutrition Class on Fueling Endurance: Tue. February 6th @ 6-6:30PM in Executive Dining Room (next door to fitness center)
Yoga Class for Sore Muscles: Thur. February 15th @ 6:30-7:15PM in Studio C (inside fitness center)
Foam Roll Class for Healthy Muscles: Sat. February 24th @ 10:45-11:30AM in Studio C
