GROUP FITNESS
We are proud to offer a full slate of fitness classes to keep you active and engaged! Our instructors provide a welcoming environment and can help you cater the class to your fitness level. Explore fun and challenging workouts like strength and resistance, cycling, dance, yoga and more. We have low impact options, too.
Our fitness classes extends to the pool with our Aqua Fitness series! Just added this spring: Aqua Barre and Aqua Combat.

Fitness classes are free for members with Ultimate (Individual or Family) memberships
Fitness classes are $10/class for Core members and non-members
Attending a class
Some classes have limited space. We request that you reserve classes in advance to guarantee a spot.
For Core members and non-members, please visit a Guest Experience Associate at any of our attended desks to sign up for fitness classes.
For Ultimate members who have not enrolled in our online scheduling service, please visit the welcome desk in the lobby to sign up for our online scheduling service.
For Ultimate members who are already enrolled in online scheduling, click the blue button to sign up for fitness classes.
Class Descriptions
Group Fitness classes are available every day of the week! Read below for descriptions of the classes on our schedule above. Our instructors make each class accessible for all levels. There is a cap on each class due to there being a certain amount of space our facilities, equipment and instructors can host.

Come try this low-impact aerobics class using your body weight to create your own resistance. Aqua Aerobics has both deep and shallow end stages. All deep end phases can be skipped or modified without missing out, and we provide multiple flotation device options. No swimming experience required!

This class emphasizes ballet-inspired movements and gentle resistance exercises, designed to strengthen your upper and lower body.

This is the ultimate fusion of aquatic resistance and martial arts-inspired movements. It features nine rounds of high-energy aqua cardio and core-rotational kickboxing combos. This class includes foundational exercises, dynamic combinations, and exciting movements based on science. It is safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels.

Enjoy a low-impact workout while getting a great exercise session. Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, creating a pool party you don't want to miss!

Barre classes blend elements of core workouts, rhythmic movements, flexibility exercises, and functional training. The exercises are choreographed to motivating music and use a ballet barre for support. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body.

Bootcamp is a high-intensity, vigorous, and gritty workout. It utilizes body weight exercises to build both endurance and strength. With both cardio and strength-training elements, this is the ultimate fat-burning and strength-building workout. Experience the rush of challenging yourself to go further while your fellow bootcamp teammates cheer you on!

This class, similar to Silver Sneakers, will heavily emphasize balance and coordination to improve your energy and ability to perform daily tasks. The class will utilize hand weights, hand balls, exercise bands, chairs, and body weight exercises to improve brain function and balance, helping you thrive in your daily movements.

Exercise with one of the Jones Center Trainers! In this rotation class, you’ll have the opportunity to work with different exercise experts. Whether you’re looking for high-impact or low-impact workouts, our trainers are here for you.

Hop on a stationary bike and sweat away to the beat of your favorite music. This is a high-intensity cardio workout that helps build strength and endurance.

Join this high-energy dance workout to sharpen your dance skills and learn new moves and techniques. We break down each move to make them easy to learn and follow.

This Aqua Aerobics class features the same low-impact and bodyweight elements as our other Aqua Aerobics sessions but emphasizes deep water movements. Floatation devices are available.

With the integration of breath, body, and mind, this yoga class is suitable for all levels. You will work on alignment and breath, build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. You can modify your poses to suit your needs with the help of our instructors.

In this class you will work on your flexibility, balance, and strength. You will be in an active flow that includes breathwork, stretching, and vinyasa flow. Modifications are offered for everyone in this class.
IMPORTANT: Sweat towels are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Water bottles recommended due to the hot temperatures.

Learn to line dance and be ready for any event. You'll be up on your feet, learning from one of our instructors in a stress-relieving and social environment. This is a great way to get movement into your day and pick up a new skill. Great for all skill levels of dance.

A dynamic, total body workout using small props focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body alignment. By incorporating Pilates principles and fundamentals, you will get the most effective workout designed for your body's needs. Great for all ages and fitness levels.

This class is for everyone. You can participate at your own fitness level. Weights to target muscle groups will be used and modifications are always given to tailor the class to your needs.

This is a slower-paced style of yoga that includes passive poses where you relax your body and muscles. It combines holding poses for longer periods while focusing on your breath and being present. This style often involves lying on your back or stomach. The longer poses help with the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, such as tendons and ligaments. You will leave with a feeling of lightness and peace.

An adaptation of our Silver Sneakers series, this class focuses on movements accessible to older adults who want to achieve an advanced level of strength and function. This class is also great for members of any age who want to learn the foundational principles of resistance training, bodyweight, and weightlifting exercises.

This fun and upbeat class features a variety of low-impact exercises designed to keep your body moving. The instruction focuses on strength and range of motion to improve or maintain daily activity levels. Using hand weights, balls, exercise bands, chairs, and body weight, the class can be easily tailored to individual needs.

STRONG Lite: Open to all fitness levels, this introductory cardio bootcamp-style workout is from the makers of Zumba®. The class blends plyometrics, muscle conditioning, and cardio. You will be able to work out and train towards the goal of advancing in other fitness classes in a fun environment.
Five spaces are available in this class to offer a semi-private experience.

Experience the excitement of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)! In our Synrgy classes, you will complete an hour's worth of exercise in just 30 minutes. This class features high intensity and medium impact levels, using free weights, medicine balls, balance balls, and body weight. The workouts are never the same and are designed for a total body burn.

This yoga class helps build core strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Poses flow from one into the next, linked with the breath. There will be opportunities for more challenging poses for those who are ready. Suitable for students of all levels and experience.
