Senior Circle is a free health & wellness program for adults 55 and older, with no Jones Center membership necessary.
Senior Circle meets the third Thursday of the month for a gathering focused on healthy living, wellness education and socializing with friends old and new.
At Senior Circle, mature-aged adults come together, share ideas, make friends and learn new ways to live their best life.

Celebrate Healthy Aging Month and learn about Blue Zones (areas known for exceptionally high longevity) and how they can benefit you. In this meeting, you will discuss what Blue Zones are and how you benefit from their cultures. You will also discuss how you would feel living in a Blue Zone.
